"Hi my experience with Inspection Pros, LLC, Royal Oak Mi 48067. My Daughter and her boyfriend were buying a house, first time home buyers. And she didn't have no knowledge of even where to begin to find a home inspector. Nor did she know what qualifications the inspector should have. So I did a little searching, and found Inspection Pros, LLC. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable on all the questions I asked him. He has a very awesome background in the education of things he has done in his profession, and beyond. He helped my Daughter understand all the things she should know and be aware of owning a home. She asked him questions, and he answered fully to make her understand. He did a outstanding job on their inspection. And I was Extremely pleased with his work. I Would recommend him for a home inspection, all the way. First person anyone should call. He gets 5 stars. "

"Ryan conducted two home inspections for us recently. During the first home inspection, Ryan found multiple issues with the structural integrity of the home that were not included in the sellers concessions. We were able to get out of the contract and found a different home. During the second inspection, we were unable to be there because of the covid 19 travel restrictions. Ryan used a video conference app to walk us through the house and the property. We felt very comfortable purchasing the home after Ryan sent us the inspection report. He was very thorough and really took the time to explain everything to us and answer any questions that we had. He was very professional and accommodating during the entire process."

"If you’re looking for an honest, friendly inspector, Ryan is your guy. He was very thorough and explained to me what he observed while he was here. He educated me on things to look for in the future and minor things to improve that would help with preserving the foundation for years to come. He was scheduled to be here at 9am knowing that I would be going into work late that day because of the inspection. He showed up about 15 minutes early which was great! Very happy with him and will definitely refer him to friends and family."
